Just in time for their 10th year celebration of Canon’s IXUS family line, Canon unveils its latest camera offering with the Canon IXUS 1000 HS 10MP camera. The new camera can reportedly shoot images at 1080p at 24fps and comes in an array of colors like brown, pink and silver.
Other features of the Canon IXUS HS camera include a 10X optical zoom, a 10MP CMOS Sensor, optical image stabilization with lens shift technology, intelligent night shot mode and a 3.7 fps burst mode which helps users to continuously take photos until the memory card gets used up.
The new Canon camera also comes with a 3″ rear LCD screen with an outer glass layer.
The Canon IXUS 1000 HS compact camera should be another handy and compact high end camera to use but unfortunately the British consumers will take first crack.
There is no word yet on pricing and the Canon IXUS 1000 HS will be launching in the UK pretty soon.
